We are in a constant debate at the bakery about which is our favorite baking holiday. Thanksgiving & pie season just might be the winner!!

We bake all our pumpkin pies with fresh pumpkins grown just for us, use only Missouri nuts in our pecan pies & never, ever skimp on the butter in our hand made crusts.
It’s been a whirlwind couple of months at our new location. We jumped from 750 sq ft to 1800 and it’s been great for everyone!
We have a couple of kinks to work out like new freezers, new ovens and building in some window seating…so a lil summer break is in order. We will be closed the week of July 4th for “vacation”, but will re-open Tuesday July 12th refreshed and with several projects done from the to-do list.

Saturday July 2nd we will be open regular hours and join us all week prior for pie-a-palooza! Mini berry pies everyday.
Our last day of service before the big move will be Friday, April 8th, 2016. We are open from 7a-3p with all the usual goodies. Stop by and say hello and goodbye, wish us luck and offer up your hand at carrying boxes if you like :) 750 square feet is ridiculously small, but we have made a big impact and so many friends over the past 4 years. We know that it’s hard to change routines (especially if you live just up the street), but we promise that the new bigger and better Pint Size is gonna be so awesome that you will just love it!

How lovely is it outside right now? With the beginning of Spring and Easter all in the same week, us Pint Size lovelies couldn’t be happier. We have been making all kinds of cute decorated cookies in the shapes of eggs, tiny bunnies and more. Did you know we even make our own version of “Peeps”? Lil Lamb cakes and bunnytail cakes will be available on Saturday 3/26/16. Along with goodie boxes of assorted mini cupcakes, sammies and more. Need something bigger? Have you heard the news? Pint Size is going to be moving to a new location this Spring to a bigger location! There’s going to be a little elbow room for us in the kitchen and for you too. There will be space to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee with our sweet treats. But, most importantly, we will have more room in the kitchen to take that special cake order that we so often have to turn down. It’s been a long process to find the perfect spot in Lindenwood Park, but it was so important to us to stay in the neighborhood.
We will always be a small batch bakery…making things by hand and baking fresh daily is a huge part of who we are & that will never change.
Thank you to all the customers that have supported us over the past 4 years…we can’t wait to show you what we have in store for big Pint Size! And NO, we are not going to change the name to Quart Size Bakery :)
